By creating an account or using Kadha, you accept these terms. If you're a minor, a parent or legal guardian must consent to the creation of your account and to these terms on your behalf.
Kadha is an online learning platform offering: a free diagnostic, learning content (Learning Hub), interactive challenges, and one-on-one tutoring sessions with a qualified tutor, online via Google Meet.
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity on your account. Student accounts under 14 must be created by a parent or legal guardian, who remains responsible for the account.
Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. A late cancellation (less than 24h) or a no-show may be billed at the regular rate, at the tutor's discretion.
Rates shown on the Pricing page are subject to change with reasonable notice. The exact payment method (billing, accepted methods) will be specified when booking a paid session.
You agree not to: share your account with a third party, use the platform for purposes other than personal learning, attempt to bypass security measures, or behave disrespectfully toward a tutor or another student.
Learning content created by Kadha (sheets, exercises, challenges, diagnostic questions) remains the property of Kadha. You may use it for your personal learning, but not redistribute or resell it.
Kadha does everything possible to provide a reliable, quality service, but does not guarantee specific academic results. Progress depends on many factors specific to each student.
You can close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or close an account in case of violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and Canada.
